 Performance Upgrades:

- Highly Increased Application/Gaming frame rates
- Increased Response Rate (Now touchscreen will be more responsive)
- CPU frames render was increased.This will result in a smooth phone experience.
- Graphical Complexity reduced. Performance Booster without any side effects.

General Modifications :
- "Restart" Option instead of "Lock Screen and Keys" in Power Menu by CODeRUS.
- Full N8 iconpack by binh24 used. (With 0 bugs) Now icons change according to the theme applied.
- N8 Swipe to Unlock theme and N8 dialer added.
- PC/OVI Suite will recognise your phone as Nokia C6-00. However every website including OVI Store will recognise your phone as Nokia N97 mini
- All C6 lights problem fixed. (Mod by mara)
- Camera will not eat RAM after closing it.
- Default Browser user agent changed to the one of N97 mini. So OVI store and some other sites will recognise your phone as Nokia N97 mini
- C5-03 Keyboard Layout added.
- Female Voice (Ellen) added in Message Reader app.
- Camera Sound will be disabled if you use Capture Tone 3.
- "Nokia Tune" from N8 added.
- Display lights timeout and automatic keyguard time set to 30 seconds.

- FOTA reserved space romoved to get more space in C:\ (Phone Memory)

- Voice recording during call fixed. Your phone won't crash if you record and call someone at the same time.

- Digital clock set as default. N8 Clock fonts used so the digital clock now looks like the N8 clock
- Display light turns OFF and Phone gets locked in 30 seconds

Bugs Fixed :
- Nokia's idiotic Radio bug completely fixed. Now RDS works fine!
- Now Messaging app doesn't show two New e-mail options anymore.
- Now Messaging app doesn't lag when scrolling through a long messages list.
- All light bugs are fixed by mara-
- Multilanguage support. Now use Photon C6-02 in your desired language without facing any bugs.


HOMESCREEN:
- Widgetized Nokia C6 Homescreen
- Full widgets support
- N97/N97 mini widgets can now be installed
- 3 Additional shortcuts bar. Total : 5

GRAPHICAL PERSONALISATIONS:
- Photon Splashscreen and Shutdownscreen.
- Startup animation removed for faster startup. (Check the booting speed yourself)

INSTALLATION FEATURES:
- Java permission is set to default
- Real Hack (modded installserver.exe by PNHT)
- SwiPolicy changed which enable to install almost apps without RomPatcher patch (Works 99%)
- Secure Widget Preinstall (OVI Store Installer) will not run on first startup but will install at one click from menu icon

LIGHTS BEHAVIOUR:

- Green Charging light disabled.

BROWSER:
- Added "View Images" in options>Display Settings
- Download manager will be started on browser start-up to resume
- Browser now can be rotated in landscape even sensor off, by going to options while browsing
- Browser will prompt to continue download if there was a power failure
- Browser Cache moved to E:\ and increased to 50MB

FILE MANAGER:
- Nokia default file browser can send sisx, sis, jar and any protected items via bluetooth, mms and uploads
- Nokia default file browser will show system folders in E:\

MULTIMEDIA:
- Camera will not leave in background after close it (SAVES RAM)
- Voice recorder set to High quality
- Voice recorder records upto 12 hours
- Gallery will not mix up pictures and videos
- Camera Image Quality improved
- Gallery searching improved
- "Nokia PhotoBrowser" integrated in Photos Homescreeen
- Share Online removed in Photos Homescreen
- OVI Music removed in Music Homescreen
- Video Capture predifined frame rate increased

MESSAGING:
- Messages sent by you will be saved up to 500 messages
- Delivery reports ON by default
- Messaging application no longer lags when containing large number of messages.

Final Fixed Extra Mods Added:

Instructions :

- Use PNHT's C6 Firmware CORE file with my CFW file and not NAVIFIRM files.
- Make sure you have'nt updated your phone with FOTA.
- No need to hard reset after flashing if you have used my UDA.
- Wait atleast one minute after first boot and after that restart your phone once.

C6 Firmware Fully Working on 5530/5800 Release Files by PNHT [UPDATE]

You have to download firmware files from the below mentioned links and then copy all files to:

What you'll gonna download is the fruit of hard work with countless of hours spent testing, bricking phones, coding tools and heads crashing on the wall!
Therefore, we expect from you to open wide your eyes and read carefully this post.

Before you scroll down to files, here are some rules:
1. Respect the given instructions, otherwise, your phone will be bricked!
2. Read the C6 FAQ/Answer post
3. Do this at your own! Which means, we aren't responsible in any ways if you damage your phone!
4. This release is only for Nokia 5800 RM-356 and Nokia 5530 RM-504
5. Don't Ever use the supplied files with original or previous CFW. This is ONLY compatible with future releases by members/modders that use the same file set
6. If you happen to brick your phone, try to flash using JAF and original Firmware Files which corresponds to the following versions:

For 5800: use V51 files or higher.
For 5530: use V31 files or higher

7. Don't start jumping around asking left and right how to flash it. There are too many posts on the net. I'll be citing one here.
8. Always be calm and double check before you flash that you have setup everything fine
9. Since we've been working like crazy, we will take some time off. Therefore, we won't reply on your questions and please don't try to PM
10. We advise you to flash with the our released version before trying to edit it and add mods or languages
11. To add languages, you will need to use NFE 0.2 STD and follow the instructions that can be found in the tools section
12. Don't EVER USE FOTA to update your phone or it will be bricked! If in any case you want to update, you need to flash with original phone version before using FOTA

& launch JAF v1.98.62.exe

Set options like in picture below:

And select your phone:

Select Nokia 5800 XM With RM-356 or Nokia 5530 RM-504

JAF will load files copied to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products\RM-356\"

(On picture is RM-504 but it have to be as mentioned above) 

Now TURN OFF your phone !! and then click FLASH button after that press power button
(don't hold it) on your phone and JAF will start flashing.

You will get the latest Customer firmware of C6 on your respective phones HACKED.

No need of Rompatcher to hack your firmware, and you will get Homescreen like the Nokia C6/N97. 

NAVIFIRM: A tool for obtaining firmware, product codes, more

NAVIFIRM is the ultimate all-purpose tool for downloading Nokia firmware images, obtaining lists of product codes, and finding the right product code for your phone. NAVIFIRM downloads all this straight from Nokia's servers so you don't have to wait for people to post data packages and lists of product codes.

NAVIFIRM is useful for just about anyone:

End users: Find product codes to use with NSS/NSU
Journalists: Be the first to know when new firmware hits NSU
Developers: Download ROM images for extracting files
Care Suite/Phoenix/box users: Download ROM images to flash

Additional NSU servers can be added by editing Main.cs in the source code.

To use NAVIFIRM, just start navifirm.exe and drill down from left to right. To download files, check the boxes of the files you want (or click the All button), then click "Download from FiRe". Find a directory to put the files in, then click OK. Care Suite and Phoenix should be able to pick up the firmware files if you put them in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage (if you use Vista w/ UAC, you'll have to right-click navifirm.exe and select Run as Administrator). Note that calibration and most other non-firmware files ordinarily included in data packages cannot be downloaded via this tool. To generate a product code list suitable for forum posts, etc., select a product and release, then click the Export PC List button. From there, you can copy and paste the list of product codes or save it as a file.

This software is released with no warranty whatsoever, express or implied. If you screw up your phone trying to flash something downloaded with this tool, it definitely isn't my fault. As bricking a phone is easy, proceed with great caution. You have been warned.
